Where are you guys located?

Payment plan?

Yes, we offer a flexible payment plan to make it easier for you to join our program. An initial payment of $500 is required before or on the first day of class, and you’re welcome to continue making payments up until the last day of school.

How long does the programs take to complete?

IV Certification: Takes 4 days (36 hours) with a requirement of 3 successful IV sticks.

Minimum deposit: $250

HHA (Home Health Aide) Certification: Takes 1 week (total of 40 hours).

Minimum deposit: $300

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant): Takes 6 weeks.

MInimum deposit: $500

CEUs (Continuing Education Units): Duration varies depending on what the CNA needs, typically ranges from 1 to 2 hours.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Yes, but the full details are discussed more thoroughly in the handbook. Please refer to it for our official refund and cancellation policy.


Do you offer evening or night classes?

We currently do not offer night or evening classes. However, we're excited to share that evening classes will be added soon as part of our expanded schedule options!

What is the programs pass rate on the state exam?

We are proud to share that our program boasts a state exam pass rate of over 95%. This high success rate is a direct reflection of our commitment to quality education, experienced instructors, and hands-on training that fully prepares students for both the written and clinical portions of the exam.

Our curriculum is designed to not only meet state requirements but to exceed them, ensuring that each student feels confident and competent when taking their certification exam. We also provide additional support such as practice exams, review sessions, and one-on-one guidance as needed, all of which contribute to our consistently strong outcomes.

Whether you’re pursuing your CNA, HHA, IV certification, or CEUs, you can feel confident knowing you’re enrolling in a program with a proven track record of helping students succeed.

What is the buddy plan?

Sign up for our CNA program with a friend and you’ll both receive $200 off your tuition—a great way to save while starting your journey together. To qualify, your buddy must meet admission requirements and enroll in the same term as you. Offer valid for new students only; returning or currently enrolled students are not eligible.

What Forms of payment do you accept?

We offer several convenient payment options to make enrollment as smooth as possible. We accept PayPal, Zelle, and cash for all of our programs and services. Whether you're registering for a certification course or paying a deposit, you can choose the method that works best for you.

What do I need for Clinical’s?

To be fully prepared for clinical rotations, please ensure you have the following items:

  • 2 sets of red scrubs (as required uniform)

  • A watch with a second hand (smartwatches, including Apple Watches, are not permitted)

  • Basic school supplies (notebooks, pens, highlighters, etc.)

Note: Compliance with dress code and equipment requirements is essential for participation.

When are clinical’s?

Clinical’s for CNA classes take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Can I take two classes at one time ?

Yes, we allow the CNA class and HHA class to be taken at the same time.

Is anything required to be able to sign up for classes?

Signing up for classes is simple! The only requirement is a valid photo ID — this can be a state-issued ID, driver's license, school ID, or passport.

Other than that, just bring yourself and a willingness to learn. No additional documents are needed at the time of registration. We're here to make the process easy and welcoming for everyone!
